CS East has been helping businesses gain the benefits of implementing well designed and effective quality management and regulatory systems for over 30 years. During this time, we have worked with many business types that range in size from just a handful of employees to large multinational organizations, from the private sector to government departments. No matter the size or type of business, we take a practical approach to ensure processes and documentation meet the needs of the organization, are kept simple but effective, and achieve its goals.
CS East began in the UK in 1985 in the early days of formal accredited quality management systems, expanding into the United States in 1994. Since then, our client base has grown to over 1,000, many of whom still work with us.
CS East has the history, but it’s our ISO consultants that provide the outcome to our clients. All our consultants have been with us for several years, recruited for their high level of expertise, enhanced with continual training, and the experience from working with our client base. Consultants working with clients have the full support of the CS East team who can provide objective viewpoints, interpretations, and additional expertise.
