Quality Management Training

CS East’s Quality Management training program is available as either a 3-day off-site course or an in-house program. When run in-house, the program can be taken as a consecutive 3-day course, or, run as part of an improvement training program over 16 weeks.

For our Massachusetts clients, there is funding available through the Workforce Training Fund to provide assistance with the costs. There are eligibility requirements, details can be found here.

The course is aimed at existing Quality Managers who wish to improve their knowledge of all aspects of Quality Management, employees who are going to fill the position of Quality Manager and employees who wish to expand their knowledge of Quality Management. The quality management training aims to provide the skills to deliver a quality product or service by improving processes and quality teams and providing the necessary data to management for continuous improvement.

Students receive comprehensive course manuals with reference materials.

Who Should Attend:

This course is recommended for anyone involved in the quality management process or who wish to become involved. No prior knowledge of auditing, quality management systems or ISO 9001:2008 is required prior to attending this course.

Prerequisite:

A general understanding of quality principles would be advantageous.
